  • In their original packaging

  • All original tags and labels must remain attached

Items not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


3. Free Domestic Returns

We provide free return shipping for all domestic orders returned within the 30-day window.

How to start a return:

  2. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.

  3. Ship the item back using the provided label.


4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or items.
To request an exchange, simply initiate a return and specify that you’d like an exchange. We will process it once the original item is returned.


6. Non-Returnable Items
