At RSU SA INC, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.

A Return Window

    • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

    • Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • In new condition – unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

    • With original tags and packaging

    • Free from stains, odors, or signs of wear

    • Accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

    • Items marked as “Final Sale”

    • Undergarments (for hygiene reasons)

    • Customized or personalized products

    • Gift cards

    • Items returned after the 30-day window


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.

Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

    • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless we shipped the wrong or defective item.

Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

    • For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the receipt.

How to Start a Return

    1. Email us at info@rsusainc.com with your order number and reason for return.

    1. Our customer support team will confirm eligibility and send return instructions.

    1. Ship the item(s) to the return address provided.

    1. Once received and approved, your refund will be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
