At RSU SA INC, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.
A Return Window

- Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

- Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

- In new condition – unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

- With original tags and packaging

- Free from stains, odors, or signs of wear

- Accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

- Items marked as “Final Sale”

- Undergarments (for hygiene reasons)

- Customized or personalized products

- Gift cards

- Items returned after the 30-day window
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.
Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless we shipped the wrong or defective item.
Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

- For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the receipt.

How to Start a Return

- Email us at info@rsusainc.com with your order number and reason for return.

- Our customer support team will confirm eligibility and send return instructions.

- Ship the item(s) to the return address provided.

- Once received and approved, your refund will be processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
